Synopsis:

Basic program of coordination exercises, with emphasis on movement during acting, in different environments using objects, or a partner, and in basic fighting techniques.

Monday and Thursday 18.00-19.30 pm Sokol Zizkov II

Along with safety methodology, contact, relaxation, conditioning exercises, the classes continue in acrobatics, handsprings, other eccentrics, and fighting exercises, exercises in pairs, and graduating to movement etudes.

Completion with exam a) handstand, roll, cradle, crouch vault, neck springs
